Despite the fact that both Harry and Esther each emigrated to America in 1908 and 1913 respectively neither started the naturalization process until during and after WWII.  Harry first declared his intent in 1943, petitoned in 1945, and received his citizenship in late 1945.  Esther's petition was not filed until 1952 and received her citizenship later that same year.  It is not known in what year her declaration was filed as it has never been found.

The below documents for each have been redacted removing all references to filing numbers as the actual documents contain information regarding their children which has also been removed for presentation here. Other than on the ship's manifest recording Harry's entry into America as Aron Schwartzmann, the only reference to his birthplace Yedinitz is on Esther's Naturalization Petition.
